Returns & Refund Policy — Sajmo Cosmetics

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
• All packaging, seals, and labels must remain intact
• Return requests must be approved by our support team before sending items back

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items showing signs of use

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photo or video evidence

We will review and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 working days
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).
